To achieve the targets related to number of courses, number of participants and number of mandays as per the training calendar for Induction Level Training Programs, Short Term Courses and Computer / Simulator Related Courses.
To prepare new / revised literature (Course Material / Handouts) at least one in each group in one year.
To ensure availability of the existing audio-visual training equipment.
To maintain percentage of passing in induction level training program.
To obtain post course feedback from the trainees of induction level courses for reviewing /improving the induction level training.
To depute at least two members of the core faculty to the relevant training programs every year for enhancing their knowledge in the area of their competence.
To obtain feedback from the Managers who are deputing participants for the training.
